Ages 6-14
The Lugnuts will be hosting their 3rd annual preseason pitching clinic on Sunday March 25th from 2-4 p.m. at Jackson Junior High.
Players can register for either the BASIC TRAINING CLINIC or the ADVANCED TRAINING CLINIC depending on their skill level and previous Lugnut camp attendance.

For younger players or players just learning how to pitch. This camp focuses on the mechanics of throwing. The importance of learning the basic mechanics for better accuracy and most importantly, maintaining a healthy arm. Drills will be covered to help teach the correct fundamentals of arm action and the pitching delivery. |
| Advance |
For older players who have pitched a few years already or have attended a previous Lugnut camp. Topics include a refresher on basic mechanics, discussion on grip types, pick offs, pitching out of the stretch vs. the wind up and more. |
| Both Camps: |
Players will receive one on one instruction during both clinics. Focus will be on improving mechanics and throwing strikes while HAVING FUN!!! |
Campers will be broken into age groups and will cover pitching topics and drills appropriate to their specific age group. Parents are encouraged and welcome to bring their gloves and participate with their children in drills and discussion.
Proceeds raised at camp will benefit the Cure Amyloidosis Foundation. We also ask that campers bring a non persihable food item to donate to the Lugnuts Food Drive. This is NOT required for registeration in camp.
Cost of the camp is $5 per player.
